Barstool Sports 2022 Cyber Monday Rewards Promotion - Official Rules

OFFER IS FOR PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD AND/OR OTHER PROMOTIONAL REWARDS. Valid only for purchases made on store.barstoolsports.com (the "Barstool Store") between 11:55 AM ET and 11:59 PM ET on 11/28/22. Limit one (1) reward per person (reward will be the reward of the individual's applicable spend threshold only). No adjustments to prior purchases permitted.  Cannot be combined with any other offer. Adjustments may be made to the promotional gift card or other rewards for returned merchandise (e.g., if reward is used, delivered, or redeemed before merchandise is returned, the amount used or value of the reward delivered/redeemed will be deducted from the amount of the refund; if merchandise is returned before the reward is used, delivered, or redeemed, the reward may be adjusted or subject to forfeiture [if the spend threshold is no longer met]). For all return related inquiries you must email store@barstoolsports.com. Eligible orders will not be able to use our self-service returns portal. Total spend excludes taxes and shipping. Promotional gift card rewards are nontransferable, valid through 12/31/22, and are redeemable only at the Barstool Store. Specific hat for Hat reward is as selected by Barstool. Any and all experiential rewards ("Experiences") such as the office tour reward and any $1000+ USD spend threshold reward are subject to scheduling (as determined by Barstool) and any and all details of the Experiences (including, but not limited to, itinerary, conditions for entry/access/conduct, health/safety/security policies, etc.) will be solely as determined by Barstool and are subject to modification by Barstool at any time. All purchased must meet required spend threshold in USD. Online wholesale orders are excluded. Rewards do not include any travel, lodging, or other personal charges in connection with the reward. The individual receiving the reward is solely responsible for all costs or expenses including, without limitation, any travel, lodging, food/beverage, and any other costs or expenses. Rewards may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Each reward recipient must be available to attend, and actually attend, on the scheduled date/time of the Experience as indicated by Barstool or the reward and its value will be forfeited.  Rewards and their components are subject to scheduling, availability, and certain other restrictions.
